Design for good made with heart, smart and silly characters.

I’m a commercial director, designer and animator making work that is a bright and colorful blend of analog, digital and live action. My approach incorporates a wide range of techniques, including stop motion, puppetry, set design, illustration and 3D animation. 

I direct and produce commercial campaigns, educational shorts, design and storytelling for non profits and documentary films. Among my clients are Sesame Workshop, Nick Jr, Colorado Tourism, The Denver Art Museum and the American Institute of Graphic Arts. 

I work as an independent studio of one, as a freelance artist and director, and as the directing duo Practice. I live and work in Los Angeles, CA with my wife, 2 kids and overfed cat.
